Watch out - a new term: "Staycation"

I am always surprised at the rate of innovation on the Internet. There is not one day where there is not something completely new and 'revolutionary' coming up. Well, sometimes the 'revolution' will only last for a day or so, but sometimes you can see early warnings/indications of things that will be big.

Watch out for 'Staycation'.

• ABC News' Good Morning America reports that more people are sticking close to home as fuel prices increase
• CNN Living addresses 'Staycations' as an alternative to pricey, stressful travel
• Urban dictionary defines 'Staycation' as a vacation that is spent at one's home enjoying all that home and one's home environs have to offer.
• ConsumerReports.Org blogs about 'Staycation' as a portmanteau that combines “stay” and “vacation” and refers to a holiday that takes place either at or near home.

I simply call it: Staying home. :-).
